  (2) SECOND... FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON LOVING &

       APPRECIATING YOURSELF

  (3) THIRD - TREAT & HONOR YOURSELF SO YOU CAN                                 SET AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW.
