​ There Are "Four" Suggestions I would Like You To 

  Adhere To As You Enter This Class: 

  (1) FIRST - TO TAKE THIS CLASS, YOU WILL NEED TO           REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS. YOU WILL FIND THE ROOM          LOCATED WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER THE BUILDING.

  (2) SECOND... FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON LOVING &

       APPRECIATING YOURSELF

  (3) THIRD - TREAT & HONOR YOURSELF SO YOU CAN                                 SET AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW.
